It's here, and what we all have been waiting for! Lo-Lo the founder, creator and man himself wants to introduce his new Reality TV Show Welcome to the Coop! He has been working on developing this restaurant for years and today he wants to share his family with you.

  After years of hard work, Lo-Lo's Chicken & Waffles has become one of Phoenix's top restaurants for some Southern Soul Food. Larry, Jr. (aka Lo-Lo) started this company out of his Grandma's house and now restaurant Mrs. White's Golden Rule Cafe in Downtown Phoenix. At first it was only open on the weekends serving Chicken and Waffles to hungry customers.

  Today Lo-Lo's Chicken & Waffles is about to take huge leap! Larry is going to meet with his Pops (aka Larry, Sr.) to discuss some big changes happening to the Lo-Lo's restaurant. This is one episode you don't want to miss!

  So drop a beat! Today is Carl and Mike's B-day's (aka "The Twins") Gabby the "Boss Lady" has decided to give the twins a little birthday present, letting them come back and work at the Phoenix store together.

  It's been almost a year since they have been able to work together and as you can see they are nothing but excited to be back!   So the real question is, who makes all this cornbread and cakes? Introduce Lil'bit (aka Eryn). Today Belton and Gabby have giving her lead in training an employee who has been working in the kitchen for awhile, but is moving to train in the bakery. Lil'Bit having worked in the bakery for awhile now, is ready to start training and she thinks it's going to be an easy day, just show him how to mix some cornbread and call it a day. Gabby is excited to give Eryn the chance, while we think Belton may have something to say about it.

  So lets travel to a newer location Gilbert, AZ where we have the Charrae and Ian running the show. The location is bustling and patrons are happy, the line is doing... nope the kitchen line is not so good. Gabby (aka Boss Lady) has decided to stop by and what? She's helping out!

  Charrae is about to go nuts over the Cornbread not on the line and where in the world is Ian? The poor guy, all he wants is some Kool-aid and a clean kitchen, somebody is just about to ruin his day. Also, can't forget about Mike, always causing trouble.

  Running a biz is not the easiest thing, and sometimes you got to call in the Boss Man (Lo-Lo). Today he has a meeting in the Phoenix location with Gabby to discuss some paper work and bills. Lo-Lo believes it was  productive meeting, Gabby on the other hand would tend to disagree. What the boss wants he gets though.

  Aside from Larry (Lo-Lo) running his business he also runs his family, and to him his staff is his family. Lo-Lo is excited to hold yet another Annual Business Party for his staff, but this year after being rained out, they have decided to move to the Scottsdale location and hold an intense night of gaming and raffles!
